matcha latte color test

my general rule of thumb is that the darker and more vibrant the green of my matcha latte is, the richer the taste. i prefer a very robust but not bitter taste, noticable with quality matcha powders. this can also depend on the milk used and who makes the latte, so this is an oversimplification (esp w arbitrary y axis), just for fun :)
